What if I wrote Her?

‘Her’, a one-of-a-kind romance with an artificially intelligent computer has etched a deep imprint on my heart. Theodore the main character and Samantha the artificially intelligent computer, both were in a relationship and I had never seen anything like this movie. But, I think the bittersweet and a letting go ending made me somewhat think about why they didn’t have a future? In the movie, all the intelligent systems were shut down and so was Samantha. But, the ending could have been altered by making Samantha’s consciousness imbue inside Theodore’s, so they could live with each other. Well not physically, or perhaps only Theodore would have retained physically but Samantha could be with him all the time. Samantha could be someone who’d never have left Theodore alone, yet again. She would be talking with him, playing with him, working with him, cuddling with him by being with him all through his life. Just so, he would never feel standing lonely at the cliff of a hill, he would never feel lonely gazing at the ceiling in those silent nights. I just wanted Samantha to be with Theodore and Theodore with Samantha for eternity.
